Managing Director & Founder
Sabah Kahoul is the Founder and Managing Director of The Mobility Think Tank and a recognised authority in corporate travel management.
Sabah began a career in the travel industry with a multinational car rental company before spending nine years as EMEA Travel Category Manager for a major US technology company. A later role as Head of Travel and Meetings for a global outsourced procurement specialist further deepened experience in complex, multi‑country programmes.
In 2014, Sabah launched Business Travel Purchase Consulting, providing independent advisory services to global organisations. Although based in Paris, Sabah is President of the Association of Swiss Travel Management and is a regular panellist and speaker at travel industry events across Europe.
Sabah is bilingual in English and French and brings a strategic, commercially focused perspective to every client engagement.
Dominic Short
Senior Project Director
Dominic Short is Senior Project Director at The Mobility Think Tank, with more than twelve years of experience in the airline industry before expanding into meetings and events, travel payments, and travel data management.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Dominic was Global Category Manager for Travel at one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, where responsibilities included global sourcing, governance, and stakeholder management across multiple regions.
Dominic joined Business Travel Purchase Consulting in 2018 to support complex projects in Switzerland and internationally. Bilingual in German and English, Dominic brings a structured, data‑driven approach and strong experience in managing global travel programmes.
